A Tree House Dream Realized in Asheville NC!

Our latest Asheville NC tree house is complete! Enjoy a few photos of the finished house – a fairy haven that will serve its owner as a studio and healing space. She’ll also be spending lots of snooze time in the loft. World Treehouses’ Adam Laufer says, “Creating this connection to nature right in the heart of Asheville was very satisfying for our team. Michael and I loved the unique challenges that this project provided, and it was fun watching people who were driving by slow down to look and dream of being in the trees themselves.” We’ll be posting more photos in the upcoming weeks. A Brevard NC Treehouse Retreat

A Brevard NC Treehouse Retreat World Treehouses doesn’t just build in Asheville NC. We just completed this two-story treehouse on a 1000-square-foot deck in an idyllic mountain location in Brevard NC. With giant beams and specialty treehouse hardware to keep the tree and structure safe, this is a fun job! The first story of the house is 20 feet up, and the second is 30 feet above ground level, with a sky-reaching balcony. Our team had a great time on this build, and we really loved working with the family, who are now the proud owners of their own house in the trees. Our owner, Adam Laufer, and our team member Russell were featured at the site of our Brevard treehouse build on the nightly news on our local ABC station on 6/17/16! Our Projects

Asheville’s World Treehouses’ Brevard Project is Nearly Done!

It feels like we just started this project, and now it’s almost done. We have had a great time building this treehouse for a family in Brevard to enjoy. They put their hearts, souls and backs into the work with us. We love working closely with our clients! Among the many other things we’ve loved about this project is the owners’ decision to use recycled/reused lumber, roofing and windows wherever possible. The treehouse gains so much character from the nicks in the reused siding and the antique look of the reclaimed metal roof. This choice saved the tree-home owners a great deal of money, as well. Asheville and WNC treehouse builder begins Brevard treehouse installation

World Treehouses’ Brevard NC project is going up! Here’s a photo from talented World Treehouser Chukk Bruursema. When not helping Adam Laufer install giant beams into willing trees in Asheville and the surrounding area, Chukk is building artistic interiors and imaginative signs for local brewpubs and businesses, making groundbreaking art, playing music and taking photos.
